Shipping & Returns Policy
Ordering an item through www.wendels-bakery.com we can ship to virtually any address in Taiwan. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and that some products cannot be shipped, so be sure to check with us if we are able to ship your product. Some products can me shipped only conditional. Ask our shop for further details on which products can be shipped easy.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in your account.

Approximate delivery time is 2 working days ( for example, you place your order Monday before noon, you can receive your goods on Wednesday )
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Wendels-Bakery.com will be charged per regular per-shipment fee.
*Shipping costs in Normal-Room tempature：$160 per-shipment fee.
*Shipping costa in Chill temp/Frozen：$210 per-shipment fee.
*Free shipping for purchasing over $2,000 per order!!
Returns
You may return a faulty product or a product received as result of our error (you received an incorrect product etc.).
Claims for damaged products must be done limitedly upon arrival. So we can trace the error, we are not responsible for third party damages.
Conditional products are excluded from the return policy if damaged during transport.
運送與退換貨規定
出貨時間
當您訂購產品，本公司會依據您訂購之產品的現場數量，以及您選擇的運送方式估算出貨與到貨日期；預計出貨日期會顯示在訂購單上。完成訂購手續後，系統將會寄出【訂購商品通知函】到您的電子郵件信箱，您可以在通知函及您帳號的訂單查詢明細裡，看到估計出貨與到貨日期。
產品從完成訂購到送達至少需二個工作天（例如：您在星期一中午12點前完成訂貨手續，產品將在星期三送達）。
若遇配送廠商配送中斷無法順利送達的情形，導致無法於到貨日期內寄送給您，我們將會以專函通知您，請您留意。
款項計算
本公司會依據您訂購的產品數量裝箱，運費採以件計費的方式
*常溫配送：每件160元
*冷藏/冷凍配送：每件210元
* 單筆消費滿$2,000元以上即可享免運費的服務!!
退換貨
如您收到產品後，發現產品已損壞，或是與您下單購物的商品不同，即可退貨。
